I am a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, it is through Yoga that I regained my self-confidence and power. My mission is to empower those like me. To remind you that you don't have to be a certain size, shape, color, gender or age to practice Yoga. To encourage you to walk into every space confidently, Yoga is no exception.
